INFORMATION FOR REFERRERS

We welcome referrals from healthcare providers looking to help their patients with concerns related to balance, dizziness/vertigo, neurorehabilitation, and mobility concerns. We also provide 1:1, traditional physical therapy services.

  • Our outpatient PT clinics are located in South Portland, Scarborough, and Saco.
     

  • We can schedule urgent vestibular cases same-week.
     

  • All patients are seen one-on-one with clinician, without overlap.  
     

  • We monitor individuals at high risk for falls or mobility decline with our longitudinal model of care. 
     

  • Our clinicians are dedicated to excellence including screening, patient education, and communication with the healthcare team.
